Pixel Flow Level 854 Walkthrough
This level features a pixel art scene of a mother hen surrounded by her chicks. The colors are blocked out in large, satisfying chunks, which makes planning your shots easier than usual. The center is dominated by the massive Yellow hen with White wings. She is flanked by three smaller Yellow chicks. The background is a mix of Brown tree trunks and Green foliage, with patches of Blue sky peeking through.
You win Pixel Flow Level 854 by clearing the foreground characters to reveal and destroy the background layers. Because the color zones are so large and contiguous, you likely won't struggle with ammo shortages if you aim well. It is not a very hard level.
Pixel Flow Level 854 Overview
The artwork depicts a classic farmyard family. The Mother Hen sits dead center, a huge block of bright Yellow pixels. She has a White belly and wings, Pink cheeks, and an Orange beak. Surrounding her are her babies: one chick on the left, and two stacked slightly on the right. They sit on a solid strip of Green grass. Behind the family, thick Brown trees rise up, framed by Green leaves in the top corners.
The board is slightly asymmetrical. The right side is heavier with "chick" pixels than the left. Also, the Green foliage at the top is uneven, with larger leaf clusters on the right. This matters because your Green pigs need clear lines of sight to hit those upper corners. If you don't clear the Yellow chicks on the right early, they will block your shots at the Brown and Green background layers behind them.
Step by step solution walkthrough for Pixel Flow Level 854
First Color Zone to Erase in Pixel Flow Level 854
Start with the Yellow zone immediately. Looking at your starting lineup, you have two Yellow pigs loaded with 20 ammo each in the first four slots. This is perfect. The Mother Hen and her three chicks make up a massive, connected wall of Yellow right at the front of the screen.
Focus your first Yellow pig on the three small chicks at the bottom left and right. They are the primary obstacles blocking the Green grass and the lower Brown tree trunks. Once the chicks are gone, use the second Yellow pig to strip the Mother Hen's face and body. Getting rid of the Yellow layer is the key to this level; once it's gone, the board opens up completely, revealing the White belly and the background layers.
How to pass Pixel Flow Level 854 without power ups or boosters
Mid-way through, the board will look messy. The big Yellow shapes will be gone, leaving behind the "floating" details: the Hen's White wings, her Orange feet, the Pink cheeks, and the scattered Blue sky pixels.
At this stage, your priority must shift to White and Green. The White wings and belly are the next largest solid blocks. You need to clear them to stop them from acting as shields for the Brown trees behind the Hen.
Watch out for the Orange pixels (feet and beaks). They are small targets. Do not let an Orange pig drop into a waiting slot unless you have a clear shot at multiple orange blocks. If an Orange pig gets stuck in a slot while the feet are blocked by a White wing, you will clog your board. Keep your slots open by only committing to colors that have large, exposed surface areas like the bottom Green grass strip or the White belly.
Last Details You Clean Up in Pixel Flow Level 854
The end game usually involves the background noise. After the farm animals are cleared, you will be left with the Brown tree trunks and the Blue sky patches.
The Blue pixels are the trickiest part of Pixel Flow Level 854. They are often single pixels sandwiched between Green leaves or Brown branches at the very top of the screen. Save your Blue pigs for the very end. You often can't even hit the sky until the top Green leaves are completely shaved away. Be patient, clear the trees first, and the sky will be the easy final cleanup.
