Pixel Flow Level 872 Walkthrough

This level features a classic fantasy archetype: an old Wizard or Dungeon Keeper holding a flaming staff. The board is dense. The central figure is wrapped in heavy dark robes with red trim, sporting a massive white beard. To his left, there is a strange, vertical texture that looks like a wall of iron chains or stone columns.

The challenge here is density. The wizard’s body is a thick block of black and red voxels that hides the layers beneath, while the left side is a repetitive column of white pixels that can confuse your targeting. You have to peel the wizard like an onion while managing the "noise" on the left. Because of the heavy layering and split color zones (white beard vs. white chains), I judge this to be a very hard level.

Pixel Flow Level 872 Overview

Imagine a wizard standing guard in a dungeon. The scene is split into two distinct visual weights. On the right, you have the wizard himself—heavy, solid, and colorful. On the left, there is a tall, vertical curtain of grey and white links, resembling a chain-link gate or a stone backdrop.

The asymmetry is dangerous. The wizard is a "blob" of color (Black/Red/Pink), while the left side is a "stripe" of color (White/Grey). The trickiest part is that the color White is shared between two completely different areas: the wizard's beard in the center and the chain wall on the left. If you aren't careful, you will fire white blocks at the beard when you meant to hit the chains, leaving your pig with leftover ammo and no valid targets.

First Color Zone to Erase in Pixel Flow Level 872

I start by attacking the Dark Grey/Black Robe.

Narratively, this is the wizard's cloak. Logically, it is the largest, safest target. The robe covers about 40% of the entire playable area. When you get a Black pig, you can fire almost blindly into the center mass and guarantee you will empty your ammo clip. Clearing the black robe is essential because it acts as the "shell." Once it is gone, you expose the red lining, the brown belt, and the inner layers of the beard. If you try to snipe the small details like the staff or the face first, you will likely clog your slots with black pigs that have nowhere to go.

How to pass Pixel Flow Level 872 without power ups or boosters

Once the black robe is shredded, the board looks messy. You will see floating bits of Red (the robe's trim) and the Brown staff handle. This is the danger zone.

The critical mistake here is mismanaging the White pigs. You now have two distinct white zones:

  1. The massive white beard (Center).
  2. The vertical white chains (Left).

Without power-ups, you must commit to one zone per pig. Do not try to split a single white pig’s ammo between the beard and the chains. The rotation of the board might make you miss. I recommend clearing the White Chains on the left first. They are tall and easy to hit as the pig rotates around the left side of the belt. Get that visual noise out of the way so you can focus entirely on the wizard.

Also, keep an eye on the Red pixels. They are scattered in a weird pattern inside the robe. If a Red pig drops into your slot, use it immediately on the torso area before the rotation hides the red voxels behind the staff.

Last Details You Clean Up in Pixel Flow Level 872

The end game is usually the Orange Fire and the Pink Skin.

The fire on top of the staff is isolated. It doesn't touch the main body much, so it’s easy to strand an Orange pig if you aren't paying attention to the top-left corner. The Pink pixels (the wizard's face and hands) are also tiny. They are buried deep under the white beard. You won't even see the face until the beard is almost gone. Save your precise shots for these final few voxels. Often, the very last block is a single pink pixel hiding near the hat brim. Keep your eyes peeled on the upper right.
