Pixel Flow Level 90 Walkthrough

This level features a stunning, retro-style sunset scene composed of distinct horizontal bands of color. You are looking at a dark blue sky with cyan stars at the top, transitioning down through purple, pink, orange, and yellow stripes. In the center sits a massive red semi-circle—the sun—dipping into a cyan body of water with pink reflections.

The rules here are standard but unforgiving. You must match the pig’s color to the voxel blocks. Because the image is dominated by wide horizontal stripes, your biggest risk is clogging your five waiting slots with pigs that can't reach their color band yet. If you are sloppy with the queue, you will fail. However, if you systematically peel the layers from top to bottom, this is not a very hard level. It just requires you to respect the order of the rainbow.

Pixel Flow Level 90 Overview

Think of this picture as a synth-wave poster. It’s built like a layer cake. The top third is the "night" section: a heavy block of dark blue sprinkled with cyan cross-shaped stars. The middle is the "sunset" gradient: thick lines of purple, pink, orange, and yellow stacked neatly on top of each other.

The bottom third is the ocean. This area is mostly cyan, mirroring the stars above, but it has a jagged pink interruption right in the center representing the sun’s reflection.

The asymmetry here is vertical, not horizontal. The top (sky) and bottom (water) are your "bread" slices. The meat of the puzzle is that central sunset gradient. The most dangerous element is the Red Sun. It spans across the yellow and orange bands. Visually, it looks like one object, but in game logic, it might be obstructed by the bands above it. You need to be careful not to pull Red pigs too early, or they will sit in your slots uselessly while you struggle to clear the Purple and Pink bands that sit physically higher on the board.

Step by step solution walkthrough for Pixel Flow Level 90

First Color Zone to Erase in Pixel Flow Level 90

Your priority at the start should be the Cyan zones. Look at your starting pigs. You likely have a Cyan pig with a massive ammo count (around 60). This is the most critical pig to deploy early.

Why Cyan? Narratively, the cyan blocks form the "water" at the very bottom and the "stars" at the very top. These are the outer edges of the puzzle. By clearing the cyan water, you remove the entire bottom foundation of the image. This exposes the lower layers of the pink reflection and gives you breathing room at the bottom of the screen.

Logically, holding a pig with 60 ammo in a waiting slot is suicide. It takes up a slot for too long. Get him on the belt immediately. As he circles, he will snipe the stars out of the dark blue sky and chew through the water blocks at the bottom. This clears visual clutter and, more importantly, prevents a waiting slot jam. Once the water is gone, the board feels much more open.

How to pass Pixel Flow Level 90 without power ups or boosters

The mid-game of Pixel Flow Level 90 is where players lose. This happens when the picture looks "half-shaved." Usually, the top blue sky is gone, and the cyan water is mostly drained. You are left with the central block: the Purple, Pink, Orange, and Yellow stripes, and the Red Sun.

At this stage, ignore the Red Sun.

You will see Red pigs appear in your queue. Do not prioritize them yet. The Red Sun is physically located in the center-bottom of the pixel stack. It is often blocked by the Purple and Pink bands above it. If you pull a Red pig now, he will just drop into a slot and stare at you.

Instead, focus strictly on the gradient from top to bottom.

  1. Purple: This is the highest band remaining after the sky is gone. Clear it to expose the Pink.
  2. Pink: This band sits below the purple. It also connects to the reflection in the water. Clearing Pink is crucial because it often unlocks the path to the Orange band.
  3. Orange: Only go for Orange once the Pink line is tattered or gone.

If you refuse to use power ups, you must be disciplined about this vertical stripping. If you have a choice between an Orange pig and a Purple pig, take the Purple. Always take the color that corresponds to the highest remaining horizontal band. This ensures your pigs always have a valid target immediately upon hitting the belt.

Last Details You Clean Up in Pixel Flow Level 90

In the final moments, the beautiful sunset is reduced to a few stubborn clusters. The last major obstacle is usually the Red Sun itself.

Once you have stripped away the purple and pink layers, the Red Sun is fully exposed. Now is the time to unleash those Red pigs you might have been ignoring. They will tear through the center of the board.

The very last cubes to hide are often the Yellow blocks. Because Yellow is the lowest band of the sunset (right at the horizon line), it is buried deepest under the other colors. You might find yourself with a Yellow pig early on—do not grab him until the end. He has nothing to shoot until the Orange and Red blocks are largely cleared.

Watch out for stray pixels of the Pink Reflection mixed in with the bottom area. Sometimes a single pink block hides behind the water, preventing the level from finishing. Keep a sharp eye on the bottom center of the grid as your Red pigs finish off the sun. Once the big Red semi-circle is gone, a quick cleanup of the final yellow horizon line ends the level.
