Pixel Flow Level 88 Walkthrough
This level is a massive, dense fortress of blocks arranged in concentric square rings. It looks intimidating because every top face is stamped with a "?" symbol, hiding the color from a top-down view. However, you can see the true colors by looking at the side edges of the voxel stack. The rule here is strict layer management: you cannot hit the inner rings until you physically destroy the outer walls blocking them. Because of how easy it is to clog your slots with useless ammo early on, Pixel Flow Level 88 is a very hard level.
Pixel Flow Level 88 Overview
Think of this level as a giant onion or a Russian nesting doll made of cubes. You aren't clearing a scene or a character; you are breaking into a vault. The structure is perfectly symmetrical at the start, but it won't stay that way.
The structure consists of four distinct layers, working from the outside in:
- The Outer Wall: This is the only layer you can hit at the start. It is segmented by color:
- Top edge: Purple blocks.
- Left/Right sides: Green blocks.
- Bottom edge: Cyan blocks.
- The Second Ring: A solid square ring of Red/Pink blocks.
- The Third Ring: A solid square ring of Green blocks.
- The Core: A final cluster of Purple blocks in the dead center.
The "?" marks are a distraction. Ignore them. Focus entirely on the colored sides of the cubes to know what you are shooting.
Step by step solution walkthrough for Pixel Flow Level 88
First Color Zone to Erase in Pixel Flow Level 88
Your first move is dictated by the conveyor belt, but your strategy must be Outer Wall Priority. You cannot touch the Red, inner Green, or inner Purple blocks yet.
If a Cyan Pig appears, let it drop immediately to shave off the bottom rows. If a Purple Pig appears, use it to blast the top rows. The most dangerous pig right now is the Red/Pink Pig. Since the Red ring is completely buried behind the outer wall, a Red pig has zero valid targets at the start. If you let it drop into a waiting slot, it will sit there, useless, taking up space until you break the wall.
I recommend trying to clear the Cyan (Bottom) or Purple (Top) sections first if the game allows. These sections are thinner than the vertical Green sides, meaning you can breach the wall faster and open up targets for the inner layers sooner.
How to pass Pixel Flow Level 88 without power ups or boosters
The mid-game of Pixel Flow Level 88 is where most players fail. You will likely reach a state where half the outer wall is gone, exposing the Red ring, but the other half of the wall is still standing.
Here is the no-booster survival logic:
- Check the Line of Sight: Before accepting a pig, trace a line from the empty space to the block. If a Green outer wall block is still standing on the left, you cannot hit the Red block behind it, even if you can see it.
- The Slot Trap: You only have 5 waiting slots. If you fill them with 3 Red pigs and 2 Inner-Green pigs while the outer wall is still up, you are dead. You must prioritize pigs that can shoot now.
- Uneven Peeling: As you strip away the outer layer, you will expose the Red ring unevenly. Once a section of the Red ring is exposed, Red Pigs become valuable. Dump their ammo immediately to create a tunnel toward the center.
- The Green Confusion: Remember there are two Green zones. The outer side walls and the inner third ring. A Green Pig is generally safe to pick up because it usually has targets on the outer wall. Once the wall is down, it can target the inner ring. It’s a versatile color here.
Last Details You Clean Up in Pixel Flow Level 88
In the final phase, you have breached the Red and inner Green rings. All that remains is the Purple Core and usually some stray corners of the outer wall that were hard to hit.
The end game is often a scramble to get rid of Purple Pigs. Early in the level, Purple pigs hit the top wall. Late in the level, they hit the core. Be careful not to hoard Purple pigs in the mid-game (when the top wall is gone but the core is still covered), or they will clog your board. Once the path to the center is clear, the level falls apart quickly.
